Report a problem
Help us keep the portal in good shape: report a bug, suspicious content or a breach of your rights.

What you can report
- a bug on the site (give the page address and describe what happened),
- a suspicious or fraudulent ad, for example a job offer that charges a fee for being hired or a flat that requires a deposit before a viewing,
- outdated or incorrect content in an article, guide, business profile or event,
- offensive, discriminatory or illegal content,
- an infringement of copyright or privacy (for example your photo or data published without consent),
- an accessibility problem for people with disabilities.
For a specific ad, business or event, the quickest way is the “Report” button on its page. Your report then goes straight to the moderation queue.

How we handle reports
We deal with reports about safety and illegal content first. We may hide suspicious content until the matter is cleared up. If you give us your email address, we will reply once the report has been dealt with. The detailed rules are set out in our Terms of Use. Reports are received by the site operator ([OPERATOR — FULL NAME OR COMPANY NAME]) through this form and the “Report” button next to content, and we assess reports about illegal content without undue delay. You can also send a copyright infringement notice to kontakt@thamescompass.com, and a request about personal data to [DATA PROTECTION EMAIL ADDRESS].
Do not include passwords or any data that is not needed to look into the matter. We keep reports and the data in them for 180 days (see our Privacy Policy).
