WIBOR in Polish courts: more challenges to the benchmark itself rejected after EU court ruling
Lawyers at the firm ITMA say that since the CJEU ruling of 12 February 2026, courts in Poland are less likely to challenge WIBOR itself and instead examine how transparent individual loan contracts are.
